POWER EAGLE Epoxy Steel is a two-part, fast curing, high strength epoxy that will chemically bond metal to metal. Contains steel alloy that does not rust. Use it to bond all metals, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and more. Once fully cured, it can be drilled, tapped, machined or filed.
An alternative to torch welding, it provides a strong and durable repair to metals and many other surfaces, forming a strong and stable permanent bond. This product cures at room temperature, is easy to use, has high strength, good abrasion, heat, corrosion and impact resistance.
Directions:
01 Clean the surface to be repaired until it is clean, dry, and free of oil stains, wax, etc
02 Open the epoxy resin tempered aluminum tube and extrude the same amount of adhesive
03 Mix and stir until the color is uniform, apply on both sides of the part to be bonded, and repair must be carried out within 4 minutes
04 When the mixture solidifies, it warms up and does not need to be clamped, just lightly apply some pressure. Suggest using in environments above 10 degrees Celsius
