The POWER EAGLE 9970 FOAMING CARBURETOR TUNE-UP & CONDITIONER is suitable for cleaning throttle bodies, carburetors, automatic dampers, PCVs and EGR valves, and can be used on both external and internal parts such as throttle plates and butterfly valves that have built up on them.

Effectively and immediately dissolves varnish, grease, dirt, sludge, gummy residue and fuel deposits that affect engine performance, economy and smoothness. Improves economy, restores lost power, provides smoother operation and reduces emissions to remove pollutants.

It eliminates the need to disassemble and remove the throttle body or carburetor from the engine. It can be used to clean emission recirculation valves as well as throttle linkage and damper systems. It is harmless to metals and gaskets and will not affect oxygen sensors or air flow sensors on intake systems.
